lose myself

Slow Down.

If I hadn’t slowed down while watching this sunset, I would have missed a lot. The Sunset. The Egret looking for it’s nest. And my son telling me that he was really happy we went to the beach for an evening picnic. Shhh…turn down the noise, slow down and take the moment in.
