This weekend, life interrupted me.

It grabbed hold of me and screamed at me. Yelled at me and put me in a choke hold. It told me to stop what I was doing and to live. In the here and now. Not the tomorrow. Not yesterday.

So I packed a bag, fed the cat and headed to the beach to watch a storm roll in, a rainbow appear, and my son roll in the waves under the warm morning sunshine.

I have plenty of time for pressure washing and painting, gardening and cleaning, shopping and doing. But today, my friends, is meant for living.
